FotoTidy is designed to help you organize your photos quickly and easily. We respect your privacy and believe your photos and personal information should remain fully under your control.

This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Photos & Tags

Your photos remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back them up using your own services (such as iCloud or Google Photos).

FotoTidy does not upload, view, or store your photos on its servers.

Any tagging, categorization, or organizational logic—including AI-assisted features—operates locally on your device and does not involve uploading photo content to FotoTidy servers.

App Usage Data (Anonymized Analytics)

To improve performance, reliability, and usability, FotoTidy may collect limited, anonymized usage data, including:

• Features used
   
• Crash reports
   
• Device type and operating system version
   

This data does not include personal information, photo content, or photo metadata.

Account Information (If Applicable)

If FotoTidy requires or introduces an optional account (such as for subscriptions or future cloud features), we may collect:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

FotoTidy does not use personal data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Photos and tags remain stored locally on your device.

Any account-related data is protected using industry-standard security practices.

If cloud-based features are added in the future, data will be encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Access to app data is governed by your device’s security settings (passcode, PIN, or biometrics).

5. Trial Period & Data Retention

FotoTidy offers a 7-day free trial.

If you do not convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, your FotoTidy profile and any associated account data will be automatically deleted no later than 7 days after the trial expires.

FotoTidy does not store or delete photos saved locally on your device.

If you subscribe before the trial ends, your account data will be retained for the duration of your active subscription.

6. Sharing of Information

FotoTidy does not share your photos or personal data with third parties, except:

• Service providers that support app functionality (such as crash analytics)
   
• When required by law or legal process
   

We do not share, sell, or monetize your photos. Ever.

7.. Your Choices

You may delete all FotoTidy data by removing the app from your device.

Analytics controls may be limited through system privacy settings where supported.

8. Children’s Privacy

FotoTidy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app and on our website.
